You can start by ad placement where brands, companies or individuals place ads on your blog for a fee. This was a common thing in the past but still work to some extent today. Another option is the Google adsense thing. Google displays ads on your blog based on the type of content and you get paid when someone clicks the ads.

There are millions of affiliate networks out there. You register as a publisher, you get your personal affiliate code, you promote your chosen products that relate to the content of your blog, and you get paid a commission when someone buys a product through your affiliate link.
