Lenovo’s Motorola brand finally lifted the veil of Moto G Power (2022). The company released the next-generation G-series smartphones through a blog, but it will not go on sale anytime soon.

 

Motorola Moto G Power (2022) is the successor to the Moto G Power launched in January this year . You might think that Christmas is early, but the company does say that the device will not ship until next year.

Motorola Moto G Power (2022) Specifications

In terms of specifications, Moto G Power (2022) is equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The device will support a 90Hz refresh rate. It uses a perforated design with an 8-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera in the cutout.

The core of G Power (2022) is the MediaTek Helio G37 processor with 4GB RAM, which is higher than the 3GB RAM provided by G Power 2021. The device also offers 64GB and 128GB storage options. The storage space can be expanded through a microSD card.

On the back, G Power 2022 is equipped with a triple camera setup, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The device is packed with a huge 5,000mAh battery under the hood with a charging power of 10W. The smartphone will run on the Android 11 operating system when it launches next year.

Motorola Moto G Power (2022) is priced at US$199 for the 4GB+64GB version and US$249 for the 4GB+128GB version. The device will provide the only Dark Grove color variant.
